We pride ourselves on delivering a world-class internship experience. This summer, 64 students working across Andersen and Renewal by Andersen are engaging in meaningful and challenging projects that contribute to our success. Through the 12-week summer program, students interact with skilled professionals, connect with leaders, participate in development opportunities and build their professional networks — all under the guidance of a manager and mentor. Last year, as part of our 2023 Internship Experience program, we converted over 80 percent of eligible interns into full-time Andersen employees.
