On the road and at the job site, our fleet team brings a personal touch

Our drivers make 350,000-plus customer deliveries each year and directly touch more than 95 percent of the window and door products we sell. Andersen’s transportation model enables confidence in our drivers to make the final-mile delivery to all our customers.

Our drivers assist our customers with unloading and checking in the products along with communicating crucial delivery details. These 230 team members provide “the highest level of service for our customers,” said Mike Thompson, director logistics, network planning.

A Day in the life

The interaction with our customers and building relationships is Andersen driver Gabe Johnson’s favorite part of his job. “Working with the dealers, you'll get to know them and then they recognize you. Once you get that work relationship it makes the job easier.”

Gabe travels across Minnesota and Wisconsin, chose to be a driver at Andersen® because of our strong brand presence. “I was familiar with the company. Andersen windows are in almost every house I grew up in.”
