External Idea Submission Policy

It is Andersen’s policy that all proposals, ideas, pitchbooks, technologies, drawings, products, and other information from non-employees (collectively, your “Submission”) be submitted through the Andersen website at this link after agreeing to our terms and conditions. You will have the opportunity to review the applicable terms and conditions before making a Submission. Andersen requires all submissions to be made through the provided website to be able to document and process submissions in an orderly manner. Also, please understand that Andersen is constantly innovating and generating many new concepts internally every year. By providing submissions only through the provided website, potential misunderstandings or disputes can be avoided when Andersen’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Andersen.

Andersen and its employees will not accept or consider Submissions transmitted through other means, including ideas for new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, advertising campaigns, promotions, or product names. Please do not submit such materials in any form to Andersen or any of its employees outside of the provided website.

If, despite our request that you not transmit Submissions outside of the provided website, you still submit them through other means, then regardless of what your Submission may say, the following terms shall apply to your submission.

Terms of Idea Submission

You agree that: (1) your Submission and its contents will automatically become the property of Andersen Corporation (“Andersen”), without any compensation to you; (2) Andersen may use or redistribute the submission and its contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Andersen to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

Thank you for considering submitting your idea to Andersen.
